Model 231

The Organization, Management and Control Model, drawn up in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, is configured as a set of principles, rules and procedures aimed at guaranteeing conditions of transparency and fairness and providing the Company with a tool for protection and prevention against the risk of committing the crimes specified in Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

The Supervisory Board supervises the functioning, compliance and proper application of the Model; violations of the provisions contained therein may be sanctioned, according to the disciplinary system foreseen within the Model itself.
